Windows 10: My computer has been on "redémarrage en cours" screen for more than 40mn.

Hello, I am on Win11I have restarted my computer more than 40mn ago and the screen is still on "redémarrage en cours". Is it normal? How long can take an update ?Can I turn off the computer to restart it?Thanks

Je reçois les messages d'erreur "appelé runscript lorsqu'il n'est pas marqué en cours" suivi de "appelé finalisation de l'installation lorsqu'aucune installation en cours" chaque fois que j'essaie d'installer un fichier et je ne parviens pas le désinstaller. J'ai Windows 10. et je suis administrateur.

Never mind that suggestion Mike, I just went to find the instructions for doing a Hard Reset and of coure, the instruction say:

  Select Start > Accessories > Clear Storage

[*]Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the phone.
[*]The phone will restart after it has been reset.
