Windows 10: My computer has frozen during a Windows Update.

I went to update and shut down my computer but after a while my computer stopped updating and froze on me. The text reads; Configuring Windows updates 95% Don't turn off your computer. I cannot do anything Ctrl Alt Del, Alt F4, F11 don't seem to work it's just stuck like that. Any advise, questions or ideas?

Windows 10 'we couldn't complete the updates'

1. How can you access Troubleshooting if everything is stuck/frozen? Your tips suggest going to certain parts of Windows but that's the issue: it's frozen and nothing is accessible or responsive (ie, mouse pointer doesnt move, "Don't turn off computer" no
longer animates).

2. I've tried powering off/on but the machine re-enters a "Don't turn off computer" blue screen of death, and we're frozen again.

Please advise explicitly.
