Windows 10: My computer has slowed down recently.

A couple days ago my computer was working fine running ~100 fps on games and now averages 20 fps. I have cleaned my computer up and got rid of viruses. My internet is fine and other computers in my house are working perfectly fine. Reading other things, I have only found how to optimize my pc and if my pc worked fine before I don’t know why it suddenly got so bad. Should I do a factory reset? cpu and ram is also fine

From the screenshot that you have provided, I understood that it’s not the issue with the disk usage. The slowness might be due to the memory usage.
