Windows 10: my computer is a msi lap top and is not windows and has many problems what should i do?

OK my computer is a msi lap top is there any difference from windows or hp lap top i dont no pleas help. it has many problems that my windows lap top doesn't have like not having Microsoft store and not being able to update. the section that says products is a msi it was not one of the available products and the computer wont tell me what kind of version it is. i dont now which topic this would be sorry

Dell lap top problem

The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?

I suggest you to perform the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Hardware Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  
• 
  Run the playing Audio troubleshooter
  

Check if it helps.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to download and install the latest drivers from your computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.

SD reader not working on Windows 10 HP lap top

I have a 2016 HP lap top with an internal SD reader in the side. I have read several different posts on other people having problems after updating to windows 10. This lap top came with windows 10 already installed on it. I followed the directions on several
posts about deleting drivers and re-booting the computer and the drivers will reinstall, that didn't work. I have also went to the windows web site and searched for updates. It did a scan and installed several new updates. The SD driver still does not work.

I am open to any and all suggestions with this issue.
