Windows 10: My computer is almost a lost cause i need some help

my computer has some serious issues and im asking you all for some help to fix some of them. to name a few;my windows just refuses to update. it get the "we couldn't complete the updates" message every single time i start or restart my computer and it causes my computer to take 10+ minutes to restart. i have tried every single trick in the book to try to fix it.i can not right click any icons on my taskbar including apps and widgets like the wifi and sound icons. i have tried restarting explorer and im not really sure how to fix this.If i try to connect something via bluetooth to my computer,

Internet connection causes computer to loose power.

An outdated network adapter can be one possible reason for this.
To isolate the issue, kindly provide us these details:

• Have you made any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
• How are you connected to the internet? Is it via Ethernet cable or is it wirelessly connected?
• Have you installed the latest Windows updates?

To help us diagnose the cause of this error, we would suggest that you follow these steps:



Step 1: Boot into safe mode and check if the issue persists

Safe mode starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and services. To boot into safe mode, kindly follow the steps on this link.



Step 2: If issue does not persist in safe mode, we suggest you to place the computer in clean boot and check which third party application driver is causing the issue.

Follow the steps on this link to
perform a clean boot.



Note: After troubleshooting, make sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in Step 7 in the above KB article.

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
