Windows 10: My computer is being remoted and my bios is hacked what do I do ?

I looked at my network and there are 7 of my ssid and multiple devices when i ping have the same ip address and devices end in ian?my computer has a hard disk thats not mine and my ssd does not show in bios my pc has been wiped through my bios not by me i stay at a hostel and ports where open on the router running linux and i ping devices ms is 300-400 is this a firmware hack? mac cloning? how do i go about this? when i put a usb in it shows 2 of the same usb names or a storage device will show up and its not minethe owner does not believe me can someone help me out with advice?

Then follow the steps below to ensure remote desktop is enabled:

• Click Start.
• Click on File Explorer.
• Right-click This PC.
• Select Properties.
• Click Remote settings in the upper left hand corner.
• Ensure the option Allow remote connection to this computer and
  Allow Remote Assistance connection to this computer is selected.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

Remote hacking

I believe I am being remotely monitored. My task manager spikes whenever this person uses their computer and I have very odd programs running. I have a dell windows 10 upgraded from 7. Can someone lead me thru steps on how to find it and eliminate it. I also don't believe I am the administrator of my computer either.... I've been dealing with being called physic and crazy for 2 months. I'd really appreciate any help
