windows 10 keeps locking up why?

• When you say that the computer keeps locking, does it happen due to inactivity or does it happen while you’re working on the computer?
  
• Does the computer go into sleep mode or does it lock the currently logged-in user account?
  
• After the computer is locked or after it goes into sleep mode, what happens when you try to sign in to your system or try to wake the system up?

computer virus

i think me computer has a virus when i start it up there are no short cuts or task bar( thing with the start button) any suggestions on how to fix it? thanxs

Virus and malware

I also picked up a malware or virus that claims that you call Microsoft at 1-877-753-6941 for fix or it will lock out your computer. It is persistent and repetitive. I tried Norton, had them on-line, with no success. Is it legit? Can anyone suggest
a program that can fix/erase the intrusion?
