Windows 10: My computer is constantly crashing on me whether I'm playing a game, or watching a video

I can be in the middle of playing a game and my computer will freeze up on me, if I'm lucky after 15 seconds it will go back to normal. When I'm not lucky my monitors go black saying there isn't any input device, to which I have to force shut down my PC. It happens when I'm in a game or just watching a video. The errors I see on my event viewer when it crashes are on the screenshots below. A new one I just saw was:The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout

Computer constantly crashing

Sorry for the late reply, I was busy and using my old computer.

• Yes and I encounter the error every couple of minutes.
• The computer was fine for around 2 months. I played a lot of video games on it and at some point it started to crash like crazy. I installed the game since I got the computer and almost no changes were made after that.
• 10.0.15063 Build 15063

BSOD crashes when playing games/watching Youtube fullscreen

You have mentioned that you are getting multiple blue screen errors when playing a game or when watching a video online in full screen. May we know if you are overclocking your device? If you are, we suggest that you disable the overclocking for your device.

On a lighter note, it could be that the drivers for your device is outdated. We suggest that you check if there are updates waiting to be installed for your device. If there are, kindly install them and restart your device. After restarting your device,
see if the blue screen errors still appears when you play games or watch videos online.

• Were any changes made on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Does the issue persist on all sites?
  
• Do the downloaded videos play fine?
  

Meanwhile you may try the steps listed below and check if it works:

• Right click on the video you’re watching.
  
• Click on ‘Settings’.
  
• On the first tab, make sure ‘Enable hardware acceleration’ box is unchecked.
