Windows 10: My computer is cutting my internet when I play games and talk to people using Discord

I have sent my pc to the company that made it and they said the pc was fine. My wifi providers came to my house and said the wifi was fine and suggested that my pc is taking too much data from the wifi. My pc says it has taken 120+gb from my wifi in the last 30 days and has taken 160+gb when i used ethernet for a while. I have tried many solutionsIncluding factory resetting pc and one may have even ruined my ethernet connection cause now my computer says my ethernet has no internet. Now I am stuck using Wireless and the problem still persists. Here is the solution one person from here offere

Microphone cuts out when others speak.

I'm playing an online game called World of Tanks, and I will be speaking, and when another person speaks my mic will cut out until the people are done talking. I already have exclusive mode turned off for the microphone as suggested to me by peers.

Discord and Xbox Game Bar

I wanna record clips while having Discord open to talk to my friends but the problem is I can't find a way in game bar to disable the Discord audio instead of having all of the voices in the clips. Can someone please help me with this?
