Windows 10: my computer is giving me the sad face screen after i got it fixed?????

so I have a Alienware laptop and it runs decently well when it wants to but I recently had a problem with it it gave me the sad face screen but it was a windows corruption so it would not startup at all so I got windows reinstalled full diagnostic scan no virus no nothing i got it back after its fixed and it didnt run the same as it did before i was running 60 fps on my games here is my specs IntelR CoreTM i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB 15.9 GB usable 8 logical processors 4 cores... and now it runs 20 fps on my games lag spikes out of nowhere nothing like what it used to play like and just as i was AFK i came back to my computer and saw that it gave me the SAD FACE SCREEN one again and what my main problem is right now is when i go to do STARTUP REPAIR it says i need a PASSWORD even though IDONT HAVE ONE SET TO MY COMPUTER please HELP!!!!!

Nokia Lumia 521 sad face and phone not recognized by Computer

I turned off my Nokia Lumia 521 about 5 months ago and put it away in a drawer.

I tried to power it on just now and all I get is the Nokia splash screen, immediately followed by a blue screen with a sad face.

I tried to do a hard reset by pressing the volume down and power buttons when it's first powered on, but I can't the exclamation point to come up.

I get the Nokia splash screen followed by the blue screen with the sad face.

I also tried just pressing the volume down button, but I get the same thing.

If I leave it plugged in to try and charge up the battery, it just loops around from the sad face to the Nokia flash screen over and over.

It doesn't seem to be charging the battery at all.

When I plug it into my computer, the device isn't recognized and doesn't show up in My Computer.

I've tried on Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines.

Any suggestions?

 

On screen showing sad face

My phone was hanged, then i will hard resetted my nokia lumia 630 after the process of pressing power key+ volume down key, i was pressed volume up and then volume down and then power key and then volume down, I was seen 2 cogwheels speening after that on
the screen showing sad face..

And my phone was not starting after that..

So what to do now...

Plz solve my problm, Give me solution

 

Sad face on blue screen

i have a nokia 635 and a white sad face keeps on appearing with a blue screen. i heard about the volume button method but the only problem is that both of my volume buttons are broken. what do i do?
