Windows 10: My computer is not letting me log in after resetting it, how can I fix this?

I was trying to reset my computer to clear all my apps so that I could sell it, but after the reset finished it won’t let me back into the computer and instead keeps showing me a screen saying that the user profile service failed the sign in. How can I fix this?

Edege will not let me log into facebook

Please provide some additional information, so that we can assist you better.

1. Is there any third-party security software running on your computer?
   
2. Are you facing this issue in one particular website or all the websites?
   
3. Did you check if the problem exists with Internet Explorer as well?
   
4. Have you tried to open Facebook from In-Private browser on Edge?
   

I suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1:

Click here to refer Microsoft article to open the application in In-Private
browser.

Step 2:

1. Press WIN + I keyboard key.

2. Click on Apps-> Apps & Features.

3. On the right pane, you will get a list of all the application and programs which you have installed on your Windows 10 PC.

4. Scroll down until you reach Microsoft Edge.

5. Click on the Microsoft Edge app.

6. Click on the ‘Advanced options.

7. Open the Microsoft Edge advanced options window.

8. Scroll down until you reach the ‘Reset ‘section.

9. Click on the ‘Reset ‘button.

This will take few seconds and reset the Edge browser to default settings.
