  2. TPM enabled in BIOS but no device detected

I have enabled TPM in the BIOS but it does not detect a device. Not in the BIOS or in the device manager.

I have no security devices and it is also not listed in the system devices.

I checked my hardware and it should be capable of tpm 2.0

Motherboard: MSI MPG 570 Gaming Plus

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

I read a lot of articles about this, but in every case, the computer at least detected something to be then able to re-install a driver or something.

    Bios tpm settings

    Hi Mohammedo

If you boot into BIOS, then go to Advance - Trusted Computing, do you not find TPM or PTT listed there?

What method did you use to install Windows 11 without TPM being enabled?

    Enabling TPM causes error 0xc00000e9

    Hi,

I have been trying to update to Windows 11, my computer meets all requirements except having the TPM enabled. I checked and my computer does have TPM 2.0 but it was disabled, so I reboot the computer and enter the UEFI to enable it. Once done I save the changes to the UEFI and the computer reboots, however once it is done booting I keep getting an error message for error 0xc00000e9 (which is a memory error) and the only workaround it to go and disable the TPM again.

Anyone experience this before or have any idea on how to fix it so that I can enable the TPM? I have not been able to locate any fix's online besides re-flashing the BIOS to whichever is the current version installed and that seems to have varying levels of success at resolving the issue, with most people having to re-flash the BIOS again a week or so later.

    Any help is appreciated,

    thanks
