Windows 10: My Computer Is On The Fritz For Over A Week & Microsoft Ghosted Me!

It all started with me noticing that my taskbar wouldn't "unhide" when the window was maximized. When the window is open, but not filling the screen, the taskbar pops up, but behind the window. I start reading about fixes, updated the drivers, performed clean boot, can't remember what all I did before I called Microsoft, but that's all irrelevant now. As I'm in the chat with the janitor who answered my "Get Help" chat that day, I start finding out that it's pulling error codes for NT Kernel Logger & all kinds of stuff. So he transfers me, next guy says to do the in place upgrade already h

1 Using the latest driver to uninstall

1. Download the latest driver for your FRITZ!WLAN Stick from our FTP server
   ftp://ftp.avm.de/archive/cardware/.
2. Run the downloaded file "avm_fritz!wlan_usb_stick....exe" (double-click the file in the Windows Explorer, for example).
3. Click "Yes" and "Next" until the window "Welcome to the Windows setup for the AVM FRITZ!WLAN USB Stick" appears.
4. Click "Continue" and select "Removal" in the next window. If you cannot select "Removal", then the driver has not been installed yet. In this case, click "Cancel".

5. Confirm with "Next".

2 Using the Windows Device Manager to uninstall

1. Press the keyboard shortcut Windows key
   
   + Pause key.
   • The window with basic information about your computer opens.
2. Click "Device Manager".
3. Open the device class "Network adapters".

Calendar/People app issue regarding 'ghost Microsoft account' & 'UniversalOutlook'

No I did not and I am not going to perform the suggested steps. All I want is to inform people that the latest software versions did not help me.

Microsoft has to solve this. Not me. And they will. They did on my 950.
