My computer is randomly scrolling on its own for no reason

my laptop keeps automatically scrolling up when I'm scrolling down on google, when I open file explorer it keeps auto sleeving files with the files box, and when I type in windows file explorer it types backwards. When im selecting options it automatically keeps scrolling down on the options and it doesn't let me pick. I cant even use my file explorer

Scroll lock turning on and off randomly

    Hi,

Faulty keyboard driver is one of the possible reasons why the scroll lock is randomly turning on and off. For us to assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
    • Have you tried updating your Windows 10 to its latest update?
    • What is the make & model of the keyboard?

    Regards.

  3. Computer randomly shuts off and restarts with Reason Code: 0x500ff

My buddy's computer keeps randomly restarting. Usually when he's playing a game. It has randomly restarted just when he's on YouTube.
    Event Viewer says:

Here is a screenshot of Event Viewer.
I think this event was it.  He has a prebuilt cyberpower gaming PC.
    Any suggestions are good.
