    Event Logs : Warnings Event ID : 15 - 63 - 123 - 200 - 201 -202 -360 - 6155 - 10016 Error events ID : 13 - 131 - 153 - 162 - 207 - 216 - 1000 - 6008 7023 more information : Name resolution for the name mail.google.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.     Windows 10 endless loop reboot

    Hi,

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

    BSOD and reboot every 24 hours and 16 minutes

    I just saw on another forum a suggestion to turn on silent mode in Norton and keep resetting it every 24 hours. I will try this to see if my computer avoids the reboot that will likely occur next around 7:13 tonight.

    windows 10 anniversary 24 hour reboot



    • I have attempted anniversary update six times. This time I booted my notebook with a USB device made from my desktop which has been successfully updated to anniversary edition, to fix any startup problems. I also followed your procedure, above. The update
      will download, and load. At 25% on bluescreen, it will restart and load to 75% and then it tries to restart but stalls for hours. I then force power off and on twice and it re-installs old version of Windows 10.

      Any suggestions?
