My computer is SERIOUSLY messed up.

Many things love to crash on a regular basis on my computer. Games such as Ultrakill and Gorilla Tag, web pages, even the system itself sometimes. The bluescreen message is always different, but most if not all of them have something to do with the kernel. Here's an error message I found in event viewer when Ultrakill crashed:Faulting application name: ULTRAKILL.exe, version: 2019.4.40.50731, time stamp: 0x62a10ec3Faulting module name: nvwgf2umx.dll, version: 31.0.15.3623, time stamp: 0x64826927Exception code

    Continue with zbook's excellent instructions.

But if you want to try and get into the BIOS again just to check:
    From your product's website:
Opening the Startup Menu during system startup on computers

Follow these steps to open the Startup menu when the computer is powered off.

    1. Turn on the computer.
    2. Immediately press the Escape key repeatedly, about once every second, until the Startup Menu opens.

    You should get this option:

My Windows Audio is a Mess

Hi there Punchcard, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.

What I would suggest for now is to completely remove the Audio drivers listed in the Device Manager. Please make sure you remove all listed under Sound and audio devices.

Here is how to do it.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.

    Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Sound and Audio. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

    Step 5. Reboot the computer.

And then please see if there are any improvements.
