Windows 10: My computer is still very slow after multiple reinstallations of windows and factory resets.

My computer is very slow even after multiple factory resets, there is nothing unusual in my task manager so I don't get why my computer is acting up like this it is pretty decent in specs mx130 gpu, intel core i5 cpu and 12 gigs of ram I have almost nothing on my computer storage space wise. when I boot up my computer for a minute or too everything's normal but after that it starts to get very slow and laggy. If you guys could please help me find a solution to this problem that would be much appreciated.

Can't reinstall Microsoft Authenticator after factory reset

I have a Lumia 950 XL and I recently had to do a factory reset on the phone to get it to work properly again. But now I can't reinstall the Authenticator app, leaving me locked out of multiple accounts I have set up with 2-step authentication, that is
a disaster!

The Store tells me I own the app, but I can't choose to install it, and it is not available anywhere in the app list of my phone.

Solution

1. Start by doing this reseat all the hardware on the motherboard if its a desktop computer.
2. followed by simple defrag of the hard drive
3. Proceed by clearing up internet cookies, temporary downloads folders and Windows cache files.
4. Follow this by running adwcleaner, hitmanpro, Malware to check for unwanted nasties like adware.
5. Remove any unwanted programs and third party software you are not going to use.
6. Apply any updates.

If this does not work then the issue is CPU barrier no amount of reinstalling and or upgrading to Windows 10 is going to work anyway.
