My computer is stopped working in frequent manner & showing black screen. I have tried also to continue song for a long time to check that system is getting stopped working at the black screen condition or not & I found that music is also getting stopper at that time. From last 3 months I am facing this issue. System is upgraded to newest. And also, I checked the hardware tests and system is passed on all that. Please suggest if anyone has any idea how to fix it. Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
