Windows 10: My computer is stuck at a screen and only shows a white bar about 1/4 inches long.

So, I have a problem.My computer doesn't start but it turns on?!I searched tutorials and I tried to reboot and it didn't work, it went back to the problematic screen!!Unfortunately, there is not an error message but I can share you a screenshot of that screen.Thank you for your attention and I hope my problem gets fixed.

This issue could also be related to

windows update stuck at installation screen and cannot get to desktop

To understand the issue better, I would like to ask some questions:

• Is the computer stuck in the Installing updates screen?
• For how long is the computer stuck in the screen?
• When was the computer last updated?
• Is the screen showing any percentage of installation?

Sometimes the installation might take a long time to install if the update is of large size. So, I suggest you to wait for sometime and check if the system boots to the desktop. If it is taking a longer time, then perform a Power Drain by following the steps
provided below:

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.

Chrome screen totally white with 2 inch black bar across

Can't access settings or extensions as no menu dots and when I right click I get a black screen with thick white band on or sometimes totally blank, no address bar, bookmarks menu, 3 dots, nothing.

Done compatibility test, nothing happens

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing happens

Tried rebooting and restarting no joy

No joy with anything, cant access extensions

F11 doesn't work either

PS sorry screen looks beige/orange, I have blue light filter on, but the beige/orange is actually white. Thanks
