Windows 10: My computer is stuck in a loop

I re-set my Laptop with Windows 10 64 as i was facing some issues.After a while when it moved onto windows installation, it shut down unexpectedly and then on restarting i got the following error message: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation."I tried restarting but it's been stuck in the same loop. I tried searching for solutions, but the only one i found was the Shift+F10 which isn't working. Please guide me on what to do next.

Stuck in a loop after windows performed repair

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform Power Drain as you are stuck in a loop and this might help you access the desktop screen. To learn how to perform this follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power
  cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system
