Windows 10: My Computer is stuck in a recovery error loop.

My Computer is stuck in a recovery error loop, I get the stop code "BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO". Then to the recovery screen with error code: 0xc0000001. I've tried all the options in the "F8 for Startup Settings" all fail and take me back to the same screen again and again. This all happened after my keyboard wasn't working cause I had another device called HID keyboard that was taking control I'd remove device have my keyboard work then it just reinstalls its self and take priority over my main keyboard so I removed my main keyboard from devices and replugged it back then my main keyboard started working again but in the device settings it said that my PC needed to restart to finish setup.........then this happened. Note I have a custom built computer if the parts are necessary to post I will do so, not sure it is needed.
