Windows 10: my computer is stuck on the welcoming page

My pc all of a sudden became super slow , it takes hours to log in and once I am in it’s so slow it’s unusable. Is there anyway I can fix this .

Windows 10 does not allow past "Welcome Back" page

Was upgraded desktop from 7 to 10. Bar said about 15% when I had to step away. When I returned, the computer was shut down. I turned it on and windows 10 logo came up taking me to the "Welcome Back" page. Clicking on the "NEXT" button does nothing then
reboots the computer. If I leave it for 10 -15 minutes the computer shuts down. I have gone through this cycle about 10 times with no difference. No error codes appear. I am stuck at the first page. Any suggestions.

Stuck in Welcome page loop after installing Windows 10

We understand your concern and we will provide the assistance required to help you resolve the issue.

I would suggest that you preform the methods stated below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Power Drain

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

Method 2: Safe Mode

As you have stated that you cannot log into the computer and you are stuck at the Windows loading screen, I would suggest that you create a Media Creation tool of Windows 10 and try to log into Safe Mode and check if you are able to access the computer in
this mode.

Step 1: Create Tool

Download the Windows 10 ISO and create a Media Creation tool and then perform Startup Repair.

Step 2: Booting into WinRE

Once you have the installation media, follow the steps:

• Start your computer from the installation media. Insert the disk or USB stick and restart your computer. If you see a message asking you to “Press any key to boot from DVD,” do so. If you don’t see the message,
  you might need to change the boot order in your computer's BIOS settings so that it first starts from the disk or USB. When you see the
  'Install Windows' page, tap or click 'Repair your computer'
  link to start the Windows Recovery Environment.
• In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the
  Choose an option screen, click 'Troubleshoot'.
• Click, Advanced Options and then click on
  'Startup Settings'. Then click on the Restart button.
• Once the computer has restarted tab on the appropriate key to log into
  Safe Mode.
