Windows 10: My computer is stuck on “We couldn’t complete the updates, undoing changes, don’t turn off...

Yesterday when I tried turning on my computer, it said it was updating, and it was stuck on 7% for 2 hours. I turned off the computer to go to bed, but when I woke up, I had this message that has been running for3 hours. Help!

After Windows 10 restarted to install an update, the computer gets stuck in a loop of

and then after the update fails to install:

I'm not too good with computers so would someone be able to walk me through fixing this situation? I'm using a Lenovo Edge 15 with Nvidia GeForce.

 

Windows keep repeating the same "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't turn off computer"

When I start-up, I get:

"Windows updating

Don't turn off computer"

After several minutes I get:

"We couldn't complete the updates

Undoing changes

Don't turn off computer"

Followed by:

"Restarting"

Followed by:

"We couldn't complete the updates

Undoing changes

Don't turn off computer"

Followed by:

"Restarting"

I then turn off the computer, wait 30 seconds and turn back on. Everthing seem OK for several days; then it repeats the above. Any suggestions?

My laptop failed to update and rebooted to the screen saying "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't turn off your computer". Then the laptop will reboot and show the same screen. It's stuck in this loop.
