Windows 10: My computer is stuttering and all the fixes that were suggested to other people didn't work...

basically, when I'm scrolling through my files, watching a video, playing a game Multiplayer or Single-player It would stutter at a consistent rate. the screen would freeze for a moment skipping a frame or two and then put me where I'm supposed to be.I tried calling customer support but the robot just sent be back here, please help.

HL2 stuttering fix

Valve has released a Patch for Half-Life 2 which is supposed to fix the sound problems people were having. In most cases this is related to video memory texture trashing.

 

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
