Windows 10: My computer is useless. Nothing runs as administrator.

So I've had several problems:1. Can't run any app at all as admin, and when i click properties and security everything's checked. Whenever i try it loads for a long time and then a message pops up saying "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." 2. Can't reset my computer, when i try resetting it from settings it doeskin do anything, when i try resetting it by restarting and pressing shift it asks for admin password. I'm 100% sure that this password has been changed by a virus.3. Can't open control panel. 4. Ca

Becoming the administrator on my own computer

I suggest you to enable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Right click in the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command:

Net user administrator active:yes

3. Restart the computer and login to the built-in Administrator account.

4. Delete the account which is not required and make the required account as Administrator.

5. Sign-out from the built-in administrator account and login to the other account which is made as the Administrator and check for status.

After creating a new Administrator account, disable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Right click in the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command:

Net user administrator active:no

Windows 10, Says I'm not the Administrator of my own computer any more.

enable the built-in administrator account on Windows 10 by running a command in an elevated command prompt. In order to do so, kindly follow these steps:

• Open Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
• Accept the User Account Control prompt.
• Enter this command to enable the hidden administrator account:
  net user administrator /active:yes

Problem with Apps that Running as Administrator

User Account Control may have made the changes on your computer that caused this. For us to help you correct this, we suggest that you toggle between the options of turning off and turning back on your User Account Control and see if there will be any changes
on your applications. Kindly follow the steps below on how to turn User Account Control On or Off:

• Type in UAC on the search bar.
  
• Click Change User Account Control settings in the search results.
• Perform the following steps:
  • To turn UAC off, drag the slider down to Never notify and click
    OK.
  • To turn UAC on, drag the slider up to the desired level of security and click
    OK.
• You may be prompted to confirm your selection or enter your administrator password.
• Reboot your computer for the change to take effect.
