Windows 10: my computer isn't boot from usb drive or cd / dvd and ...

In the name of GODhello EVERYONE!I need to your help to install a windows by flash drive .__ I bootabled a usb to install windows from usb . it's working on other computers and i installed windows in other computers but not working in my computer __ I tryed to install windows from setup.exe but isn't work and says about : "setup isn't work" but it's work in other computers : ISO file is originally from Microsoft downloaded and haven't problem __ Then i learned about bootabling a partition on computer hard disk , it's working on other computer but not worked for my computer :-Thanks .

CD/DVD Drive won't boot

There are various reasons why it shows "Insert CD into D: Drive" whenever you insert a disk to the drive. It could be that the disk is not detected by the CD/DVD drive, or it could be that the disk is corrupted. As an initial step, try to insert a different
disk to the CD/DVD drive of your computer and check if it will work. If nothing happens, then it could only mean that the issue with the CD/DVD drive.

You can run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter on your computer. This will isolate any hardware issues on your computer.

To open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• Press the Windows logo key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
• Type control in the Run dialog box , then press Enter.
• In the Search box in Control Panel, type troubleshooter, and then click
  Troubleshooting.
• Under the Hardware and Sound item, click Configure a device. If you are prompted to enter an administrator password or provide confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

how to copy files from the CD to the Computer drive

I would suggest you to follow the steps below:

  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click file explorer from the list.
  
• 
  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.

External CD/DVD Drive

Hi Microsoft :

I recently purchased an external cd/dvd drive. The problem is with re-writeable CDs. FORMATTING and re-writing. The unit works with re-writeable DVDs (FORMATTING and re-writing. When I checked in DEVICE MANAGER, it lists the drive with the HP brand. Listing it as "hp cd/dvd W SN208FB". Even though the brand name on the drive is Roofull (I got it on Amazon). [Even though SOME USB devices don"t need a driver----some do]

My System : Dell Latitude 7490 laptop......Windows 10 Pr0 64-bit.....16Gb RAM....512Gb SSD.

Should I look into finding an HP driver for this cd/dvd burner ?
