Windows 10: My Computer isn’t picking up sound from my Microphone, IVE TRIED EVERYTHING

So my Desktop isn’t detecting any sound from my external microphone or from my air pod pros, I can hear videos and discord but using my mic no one can hear me? I’m running windows 11 and my external mic was working a few days ago, I tested both my microphone and my AirPod in discord, TikTok live studio and in the setting of my computer and they say they’re detecting 0% sound, I literally tried everything, my microphone and my AirPods aren’t broken but I can seem to figure out what the problem is, I even tried updating the drives for both but both are completely updated, it isn’t muted , and ev

Microphone not detecting sound anymore

Ok so the troubleshooter didnt find any problems. I did note that the computer had no jack information listed for my microphone while there was another microphone listed with the plugin jack located in back, so i dont know if that could be a problem?

Ive tried the setting as default device before but for some reason i dont see that option. when i right click it only gives me configure speech recognition and disable.

ive also tried setting up the microphone before and when i reach that sentence nothing happens because the microphone isnt picking up any sound.

• What are the troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far?
• Which version of Windows 10 are you currently running? To check your build, go to
  Start > Settings > System >
  About.
• Have you tried using the microphone on a different computer?
• Have you tried using a different microphone?

Here are the possible reasons why you're getting an error "The microphone did not pick anything up" when using it:

• Incorrect settings (microphone is not set as default device)
  
• Corrupted or outdated driver
  
• Faulty device
  

For us to isolate the issue, we'd like to know the following:

• Were there any changes made to your computer prior to this issue(e.g. Windows updates)?
  
• Have you tried connecting other microphone to your computer?
  
• Have you tried connecting the microphone to the other computer?
