Windows 10: My computer just doesnt know what its doing

When i start my computer, everything is normal. i can type, i can freely use my keyboard for shortcuts. However, when i open a game like valorant or rocket league for example, my key board and mouse just stop working. They dont stop working completely but you cant click certain letters. The mouse is a little different, once a game is open and i tab out to search something up or click something on the web, my mouse just wont open any links, for example, if i click the youtube icon on microsoft edge, it just brings up a download option in the top right of my home screen. If anyone can help me or

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.

I'm new to this Linux and its variants.

For the first time I'm stepping out of coziness of Windows . What do you guys use Linux for ?

Also I'm in college, will be doing Computer Science Engineering (Programming) . Anything to learn you guys can suggest ?

Since the issue persists, I suggest you to check if the location services is turned on in settings.

Please follow the steps below:

  Type Settings on the search bar and Select Settings.

  Click on Privacy and Select Location.
  
• 
  Check whether the location is turned on. If not, it is recommended to turn on.
