Windows 10: My computer just freezes, mostly when it goes idle after a hard processing session.

Hi Microsoft Support Team, I'm hoping you can assist me with an issue I've been experiencing on my laptop for the past 4 Years . Despite the manufacturer's attempt to address the problem by fixing overheating and freezing, the issue persists, especially during gaming. They've already declined a refund, and even after changing the entire cooling system, the problem remains. This occurs mainly when closing games or navigating game menus, affecting the overall gaming experience. I've tried various solutions, including updating the BIOS, ensuring the latest drivers, multiple formatting attempts,

System idle process spike

Although you may have a problem that is causing fps drops, "System Idle Process" isn't what's causing it.

When "CPU usage" for System Idle Process is high, that means that your CPU is not doing much useful work.

Idle, noun:

• not working or active; unemployed; doing nothing: idle workers.
  
• not spent or filled with activity: idle hours.
  

When System Idle Process shows as 30%, what's taking up the majority of the rest of the CPU cycles? That's probably the source of the problem.

 

Hard freezing on idle

Ok so this is unbearable.My laptop freezes on idle in a few minutes,abd needs to be restarted. I tried fresh clean feature but it either freezes or doesnt work. I tried istalling one from the media thing and still it froze.I tried reseting the pc and it cant move past 1%. Is it something with hard drive ? I am becoming frustrated guys !

 

Computer Hard Freezes when idle

So, this issue occurred when my mother was using the computer while a game was saving. She told me that it shut off by itself, and saying that it turned black and rebooted. So, the main reason that's going on is that I've been experiencing my computer hard
freezing when I don't touch my computer or when it goes idle. It freezes and I then have to hard reset it for it to come back on, or it resets by itself for 10 minutes and then it just comes back on regularly without anything popping up stating the issue.
I've factory reset the computer twice, it stopped freezing for 2 days and then it started to re-occur again, I've ran the automatic startup repair, that worked for a day, I've installed a program called "WhoCrashed," and it says this as the dump file: crash

I've searched up this issue and it seems that everyone deals with this issue when they updated their computers to Windows 10, but that's totally not the issue for me. I've checked my computer hardware, and nothing smells burnt nor looks out place. Besides
that issue, everything works perfectly fine. It's just that it hard freezes constantly.
