Windows 10: My computer just froze and now wont restart

Hello


My son was on PC and it just went blank. It's a new computer Jan 20.

It asks me on a blue screen to choose an option I have tried them all!

It states it's running an automatic repair and that just requests restart PC or further troubleshoot. I've tried both to no avail

If I select troubleshoot it on the initial screen I still get the same.

I do not have a bit code set up. I have tried advance options reset computer remove everything. I've click on both uninstall latest updates.

Nothing has worked.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

After 1 hour 20 minutes, the computer froze, I had to restart it.

My vcore is @ 1.450, any suggestions?

 

Game Froze, Restarted Computer, Now I Can't Log In To My Account?

I was playing a game and it suddenly froze (not a huge deal, happens somewhat often with the game and I'm either able to close it or just restart my laptop to solve it). When I turned off my computer, I turned it back on and logged in just as usual, however
this time Windows told me it cannot access my account for some reason and that it is now instead running off a temporary account. Following the dialogue box, I tried signing in again, which didn't work, then restarting the computer and logging in again, which
also hasn't worked. I've done this about three or four times now and Windows 10 still cannot access my account?

I urgently need to be able to log into my account, as Windows has told me I can't access any of my files and that any new files created will be deleted when I turn the computer off.

 

win 10 froze. now wont boot up.

Win 10 froze today. I pressed power button to re boot laptop. Asus X552E. Now it just has a black screen when I press the power button to turn on the computer(which I have turned on and off like 50 times already). I haven't had any issues' with the upgrade.
Everything was fine. I was connected to my Xbox one, and had the edge browser open. The edge browser froze. I couldn't do anything with my laptop. Nothing worked. It froze too. I turned it off. Waited like 10 sec. Then turned it back on. Black screen only.
It then started going to my bios after restart. While there, I disabled instant on. Only change I made there. It just has a black screen. Help. I NEED TO GET RECONNECTED TO MY XBOX ONE! NOW! please help, and thank you.
