    my computer keeps artifcating and crashing when playing some games mainly direct x12


    so i got this computer some time ago, i had some problems with it like 3 months ago it needed a thermal paste replacement and it worked very well for some time, but now when im playing a game icarus or mw2 campaign remastered it keeps on artifacting and it goes black with display showing no display found but the pc is still on, i had some problems with it being sagging but i put a support bracket in it is a 3060 ti and the event veiwer logs say that: The NVIDIA LocalSystem Container service terminated with the following error: A generic&

    no direct x12 in my computer

    i installed windows 10 and i still only have direct x11.2, what should i do i want my direct x12 so i can improve my gaming experience! everyone else that has installed windows 10 and has direct x12 but me!

    I don't think so because my laptop is i3 and only comes with Intel graphics, and I have checked whether my laptop has amd, it doesn't nor does it have NVidia. although my laptop has 8gb ram, intel hd graphics 4000 and 1.8 ghz, it is capable of running games
    with high requirements at good speeds i.e. GTA 5, fifa 16 so I don't understand why I cant have direct x12. Isn't there a way I can manually install it?

    Processor Intel(R0 Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 32 GB Ram, NVidia GTX960 430.39 version.


    2. Which version of Windows is installed on your computer?

    Windows 10 with Direct X12


    I did refer to the article
    Game crashes or closes unexpectedly for the troubleshooting steps, however,
    nothing seemed to work. The only thing I didn't do is do a complete re-install
