Windows 10: my computer keeps blue screening from LiveKernelEvent 144

Hello, I have a Lenovo T5 28IMB05 desktop, which runs a NVIDIA 1660 Super GPU. For the past year and a half i've been suffering with random freezes and blue screens that were quite far apart, but the frequency of these bluescreens have durastically increased the past month with it happening almost every 15 minutes MAX. I have updated my drivers and installed and uninstalled them multiple times. I even reset my device completely twice. Looked up so many solutions and nothing seems to work. Please help. Problem LiveKernelEvent 144

Good evening, I have this problem since I assembled the computer.
In a nutshell when I share the screen with other people on Discord / Skype for 1/2 second the webcam starts flickering, the microphone stops working, the computer lights start restarting and the heatsink lights go out. Keep doing this until I turn off screen sharing. The errors it gives me are the following:
