Windows 10: My computer keeps blue screening when I play Minecraft Bedrock Edition

On my Windows 11 laptop, I keep getting blue screens occasionally when I use Minecraft and Discord at the same time. Usually the stop codes are the same, some of the most common ones are kernel_mode_heap_corruption and driver_iqrl_not_less_or_equal. The driver_iqrl_not_less_or_equal error says that the affected items are tcpip.sys most of the time, but also sometimes says that the affected items are some kind of network driver. I forget exactly what the network driver was called. I might update this post later if this keeps happening, as I might be able to see what network driver is affected.

• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

Minecraft Bedrock edition

My friend installed the free trial of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and after about a month he bought java edition and got a free code. After he redeemed it sent him to the Microsoft store where it told him to buy it even though he was logged in and when he
tried to type the code again it just says its already redeemed. When he launches Minecraft Bedrock it tells him to buy it again and there is no way to uninstall it. So he basically bought a game that he can't play (Java edition works).
