Windows 10: My computer keeps booting to a blue screen

The other day I booted up my Dell Latitude E5440 running windows 10. I logged in perfectly normal but got greeted by a black screen with my mouse cursor. I pressed control+alt+delete but the menu wouldn't open up. It opened up once, but I didn't know what I had to do so I just closed it and it wouldn't open past that. I looked up something, it didn't work, so I just powered off my computer and turned it back on, and it blue screened after the dell logo and the windows logo showed up with the loading circle. It said "Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll do it for you" or somet
