Windows 10: My computer keeps BSOD often just in the last few days, it seems to happen randomly and I...

I can't think of anything that's changed recently and I can't from observation tell of a link between them. Sometimes it's when I start up or close a program but it's even happened when everything was already closed and my PC was just idling. During BSOD I get different warnings as well. The two I remember are MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and more recently SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I really don't know what to do : I appreciate any help. BSOD (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE) keep happening.

I am facing a BSOD problems that keep happening randomly. My laptop is Thinkpad S2 with AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U with Radeon Graphics as the processor with 16 GB of RAM. My OS is Windows 11. The error code of the BSOD always the same which is DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.
Things I have tried:

1. Reinstall Windows completely
   
2. Reinstall graphic drivers
   
3. Do DISM (no issue found)
   
4. Do sfc /scannow (no issue found)

BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE randomly after cold boot/sleep

For the past month I have been getting random BSOD's all with driver power state failure. They happen randomly, usually within the first 5-10 minutes of cold booting or waking my computer. Steps I have taken to attempt to fix the problem:

1. Reinstalled GPU drivers/ tried old drivers
2. Fresh installed Windows 1803, still happened, then fresh installed 1709
3. Disabled Fast Boot

None of these things fixed the issue, any help would be much appreciated at pinpointing the issue. Thanks
