Windows 10: My computer keeps BSODing randomly

I recently built my new pc and it keeps bluescreening after a couple of hours. I tried diagnosing hardware, only thing that came up is in MemTest86 i got a failure on test13 hammer test on my second pass. However after looking it up online it seemed like it wasnt much of an issue, i may be wrong tho. I flashed my bios to the latest stable version. Updated all my drivers. The issue persists. could really use some help to figure out whats goin on

I've tried these things thus far to fix it but no errors were returned and its still BSODing

1. Check and Reseat Your Hardware.
   
2. Clean Your Computer.
   
3. Update Drivers.
   
4. Run SFC and CHKDSK.
   
5. Run the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool.
