At first I thought it was the power supply that keeps crashing my computer and eventually found out that it was my keyboard that short-circuited my computer whenever I plugged it in.But then the crashing persisted: there's a click that just happens and then everything shuts off but some of the small lights in my computer are still turned on.I was told to check the event viewer and found that first there was an error with my "Nvidia LocalSystem container", which later I fixed by installing all updated drivers. And then when I was downloading a game the crashing started again. I'd have to unplug

• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also

We suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard by going to Device manager and check if it solves the issue. To do this, please follow these steps:

• Click the Start button.
• Click Settings.
• Choose Devices.
• Click Device manager, at the bottom right.
• Select Keyboards.
• Right click on keyboard and select Properties.
• Choose Driver.
• At the bottom, select Uninstall.
• Then click OK.

After uninstalling the device, you can reinstall it again by doing the same procedure.
