Windows 10: My computer keeps crashing at the windows loading screen

when l start my computer, the windows loading logo appears. after a few seconds, the fans in my computer get really loud and the logo disappears. after this it is a non stop cycle of the computer trying to boot but crashing. occasionally l can get a troubleshooting screen with some options but none seem to have any effect. I have been trying to trouble shoot all day, wiping my drives and trying to reinstall windows through usb but to no avail. what can I do to at least access my desktop?

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also
