Windows 10: My computer keeps crashing randomly like after every 5mins

How do I fix my computer keep crashing

also when I plug the monitor that keeps crashing with the HDMI cord, it works but like 5min later it crashes. I used the same HDMI cord for both monitor and my secondary monitor is the one that doesn't crash. Regularly I use the DisplayPort but it just crashes my computer when trying to login.
