Windows 10: My computer keeps freezing and then restarting after a few minutes of being frozen

I see in the event viewer that the time zone gets changed a few times each freeze, not sure if that has anything to do with it. It happens once every few hours, mainly when I'm playing video games. I've tried to Alt+Tab, Win+Tab, Alt+F4, and Ctrl+Alt+Del and none of my inputs do anything. I also get a slight audio buzzing noise occasionally, and the audio for the most part either keeps playing or loops. HP Omen 45L, 4070Ti, I9 13900KF

Windows 10 Freezes if I leave it for 20 minutes


I'm getting a very strange issue. I can work on my computer for many hours without any issues. But, if I step away for 20 minutes and come back, it's completely frozen and I have to hard reboot. To see if this is a problem with the sleep or hybrrid sleep functions, I disabled them all. Everything is set to NEVER shut off. But the freezing still happens if I walk away. Otherwise, no freezes.

So, what could be causing this freeze? Any idea?
