Windows 10: My computer keeps freezing only my mouse and I can't hear anything and I don't know what to do?

For the last 2–3 days my computer has been doing this thing where I'll be in a game, watching YouTube, or downloading something; where it causes my mouse to just stop responding while it's still on, and I can't hear my computer audio, but I can hear the sound it makes when I reach the highest level of volume I can have on it which is confusing. The only way I've been able to fix it is by turning off my computer but only through the power button on my PC, if I try to go to the menu where you can shut down, restart, or put in sleep mode and click shut down or restart it ends up sitting on the sc

my mouse don´t works correctly

I use all the year my mouse and it Works good but today I go to do a thing and when I returned to my computer the mouse don´t Works good.

the problem is:

when I use my mouse, for example, I move my mouse up and it goes right and if I move it right it goes down

I don´t know what to do

i have tried to uninstall the mouse but it still

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why
