Windows 10: My Computer keeps having the Microsoft Notification sound over and over and I cannot stop it

This morning I hopped on my Gaming pc and was doing something and all the sudden I was hearing the Microsoft notification over and over every 2 minutes. I checked if I had an update to do and I did, but after the update the noise kept going and going after every 2 minutes which was very annoying and I cannot stand it at all. Could someone please help me???? I also checked If I had a virus and I didn't.

1. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   
2. Have you made any changes on your computer?
   

However, I suggest you to follow the below mentioned step:

1. Go to “Control panel”.
   
2. Select ‘Sound’.
   
3. Under sounds tab select ‘Program event’.
   
4. Under program event, select ‘Notification’.
   
5. Make sure you select ‘Notification’ sound for startup application and system notification.

To change notification sounds

• 
  In the App list, tap Settings > Notifications + actions, then tap an app from the list.
  
• 
  Tap Notification sound, and then do one of the following:
  
  • Tap Play to preview a sound, and then tap the name of the sound you want to use.
  • If you don’t want to hear a sound for a notification, tap None.

(SOLVED/CLOSED)looking for help with Android phone CONSTANT wireless signal notification

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
