Windows 10: My computer keeps having trouble.

Hello, my computer is having various issues from apps, like google and steam games, just randomly crashing out of nowhere alongside random Bluescreens. I have looked everywhere from BIOS to Event viewer to Lenovo Vantage. I don't believe it is a hardware issue as everything I've used doesn't tell me it's a hardware issue and I have reinstalled and updated my drivers. Windows is also updated. I'm going to attempt to have a step by step guide on how to use these programs efficiently.

 

I'm having trouble with Macrium Reflect tutorial.

Strongly suggest you watch some youtube videos on Macrium and follow them step by step, making sure they are current.

Also make sure you have the manual to hand, and use the extensive help provided with the product.
