Windows 10: My Computer keeps having weird issues. BSODSs, crashes where the sound keeps producing.

Another weird issue is that images show up kinda bleached out but only in images. I've ran System File Checker and it says its done. DSIM gave me the following code. Error: 0x800f081f The source files could not be found. Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=243077. The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.logLog in comments.

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also
