Windows 10: My computer keeps locking me out and I don't know why

My problem began yesterday. I went to access my computer but the minute I put my pin in, it said that I had to wait two hours due to multiple failed attempts or shutdowns. It did the same thing today was well. It never used to do this before. Using the "I forgot my pin" option doesn't work because it wants to send a code to an email and a phonenumber that is impossible for me to access. Is there a way to keep this issue from happening again?

him your computer locks up.... check what your running and see if it affects it cause this shouldn't happen it could be your ram or your mouse but i'm just giving a suggestion

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?
