Windows 10: my computer keeps playing music

whenever im on a tab that isnt a full screen google chrome tab it starts playing music. i did a virus scan and it said i didnt have a virus.

Playing Music CD's

• Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?
• Are you able to play music files which are stored in the computer?
• Did you try copying the music files from CD to computer to check if you are able to play the files in that way?
