Windows 10: My computer keeps pressing "c" as if it were being held down.

This has been going on for a couple of days now. I went into the device manager and found that 2 keyboards besides the one I have plugged in are connected. I tried uninstalling all of the drivers and then rebooting the computer to automatically reinstall it. They are called "HID keyboard device". I uninstalled these because I only have one keyboard connected and it fixed the issue. They come back though. It doesn't seem like anything I am doing causes them to come back they just kind of come back on their own. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to fix it? I tried uninstalling a

• 
  Right click on C: drive.
  
• 
  Select Sharing Tab.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Sharing.
  
• 
  Uncheck “Share this folder”.

  Are you connected to Domain network?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + R, type fsmgmt.msc.
• Select Shares and right click on C$.
• Select Stop Sharing.

Blackscreen after pressing shutdown and the computer is still on

The issue might be caused due to some issues with Power Management, I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View all” on the top left pane.
• Select Power from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
