Windows 10: My computer keeps randomly getting stuck and force restarting.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 0xffffc67c683ffffc, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff8054d36be17. Any help would be appreciated.

Task Switcher randomly gets stuck cycling windows


Good morning!

I am having an issue with the Task Switcher (see image below) activating on its own. It then begins to cycle through the open tasks very rapidly. When this happens I am unable to actually select any of the tasks, nor can I close them out. Windows is essentially frozen at this point and I have to restart.

A few things to note:

• I am running Windows 10 Pro.
• This happens randomly, sometimes weeks between an incident.
• Sometimes it happens while I am not even working at the computer. I've noticed it after returning to my desk.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

My computer randomly frezees and after i restart it get stuck.

I tried go to troubleshoot but after i restart the computer it gets stuck on logo forever.

I tried to scan the computer for viruses and after a while i get bluescreen...

I also tried to boot into safe mode or close the computer 2 times and reopene

but i couldn't.

The issue might occur if the system is not Shut down properly. As you have already tried restarting the system several times, I suggest you to perform a Power Drain by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Turn Off the computer and remove the power cable.
• Long press the Power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Plug in the power cable and switch on the computer.
