    My computer keeps stuttering


    My computer started stuttering like a month ago and when it first happened i could somehow fix it by reinstalling windows 6 times but it started happening again and i can't seem to fix it no matter what i try. Can anyone help me with my issue?

    Computer keeps stuttering

    Hello. My computer keeps stuttering every 4 seconds. And it stutters the audio and my game. Sometimes when I type or watch a video. Even my mouse. I don't know how to fix it.

    Computer keeps stuttering

    Just letting you know that I tried overclocking. After that I started experiencing stutters. Before that when the cpu is at 100% it never stutters.

    • What is the make and model of your device? FOCB00RNUS
    • When did this issue start? After I overclocked. I but the settings back to default with Intel XTU but never worked.
    • Did you make any changes prior to this issue? Well I was trying to overclock.
    • Is this also happening even if the computer is in idle? No, only when I play a game. But before I overclocked the issue never happened.
    • Are you using a third party antivirus? I don't think so. I'm using Malware Bytes.
    • Is it still the same after performing a hard reboot? (Pressing the power button for 10 seconds or until the computer is completely off, then turn it back on after a few seconds) Yes.
    • Have you checked the memory usage in Task Manager if it is spiking when the issue is happening? Like I said. When it stutters the cpu increases. But it never happened before I started to overclock.

    Suggest you to let us know the details of that update after which you started experiencing these issues.

    Follow these steps to open the “view update history” screen:


    • Press Windows key + X and click on Control Panel.

    • Click on Windows Update.

    You will find “view update history” option in the left panel.

    Further if you notice a similar trend in performance issues over different computers then you may also leave a feedback using the Feedback app.
