Windows 10: My computer make. Sound and it block instantly. I just wanna knows how to fix it

Hello I just wanna knows why my win 7 computer make a chainsaw sound and block the pc, but after a few minutes come back to his normal stage, bit he come back more stronger. And put scrrun.dll, Spinf. dll is not designe for work in this win versión or has a error, try to install it by his original instalación way. Or something like that

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. To fix the issue, we suggest that you run the Troubleshooting Wizard to troubleshoot hardware and devices. To do that, follow these steps:

• Right-click on the Start button, and select Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound > Playing Audio.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.
